Life and small groups.

Our small group is one of the best things about life right now.  I can't imagine doing it without such incredible BFFs.  My kids are so lucky, and they don't even know it.

You know it's going to be a great party when you walk in and there's an electric piano just waiting for you on the steps!  Reise actually yelled "YES!" when she saw it.

Good grief, I love this kid's hands!  His little thumb there is killing me!  He is so proud of himself when he does things without help.  He's too big :(

They ended a very busy, loud, messy night all huddled together watching TV on the screened in porch.  The moms cleaned up, passed babies, and chatted about how our kids will probably remember this night.  This night will probably go down in my kids' memories as nothing short of awesome.  They won't remember that they were too busy to eat dinner, and ended up whining because they were hungry by 8pm loooong after the food had been put away.  Rowen will probably remember eating roast beef out of a pink plastic cup, but won't recall the tantrum he threw in the middle of the kitchen beforehand over nothing!  They'll recall dying hundreds of eggs, when in reality there were a lot of leftovers :)

I'm not even {100%} sure we took home the eggs we colored, but I'm {100%} sure no one cares.  I love sharing life with these people we love like family.

Right before we left, we discovered that there were 18 colored eggs floating around that never got boiled ;)  Hilarious!  As long as we remember to crack those babies over the sink, we should be good!

Choosing to love,
Becky
